The goal of lifestyle coaching is to assist individuals in improving overall physical, mental & emotional health. 

Lifestyle coaching is convenient as it can be done in person or via telephone.

At Fite Fitness, we take a holistic approach to wellness, encouraging & teaching clients to balance adequate exercise, rest, nutrition and stress management techniques to achieve their goals.  New lifestyle habits are created through goal setting, accountability, self-responsibility & mindfulness.  Positive outcomes are achieved by developing strategies to overcome barriers such as stress, scheduling, motivation and external influences.

At Fite Fitness we truly understand that all individuals are just that, individual.  Each person has their own set of goals, likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, pre-existing conditions & motivating factors. True success lies in the ability to find what works on an individual level.  A commitment toward this objective is our promise to all clients.

What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is concentrated awareness of one's thoughts, actions or motivations.   In a mindful state one is completely in touch with and aware of the present moment, and takes a a non-evaluative and non-judgmental approach to their thoughts & inner experiences.  At Fite Fitness, we encourage & teach clients to become more mindful during sessions & classes as well as activities of daily life.
