Individual Sessions
- Initial Interview is held to review client’s personal health, fitness & lifestyle goals.
- Medical referrals, clearance & recommendations are obtained.
- Baseline health, fitness & lifestyle information is gathered. This process includes several questionnaires as well as fitness assessments targeting all components of fitness.Assessment protocols may vary according to one’s age, fitness level & pre-existing conditions. Assessments are not mandatory.
- Specific goals are set based on all information gathered.
- Program is developed to achieve goals.
- Plan of action is implemented to incorporate program into client’s daily routine.
- Strategies are developed to overcome barriers.
- Periodic reassessments are performed to track progress and to modify goals & program as needed.
Private Sessions are held in client's home or remote via Zoom.
